Final narrative
On April 17, 2024, an employee was installing cross arms while in an aerial bucket truck when a 14,400-volt line became pinched between the bucket and a pole. The line was severed, causing an arc flash. The employee sustained second-degree burns to the left side of their body, arms, and face.

An employee was working on a power line from a bucket truck moving wire lines from an old pole to set a new pole when the old cross arm braces broke and live electric wires fell on his right shoulder/arm. As a result of the two phased electrical contact flash, the employee suffered a second degree burn on the right shoulder and right side of his body and was hospitalized.
An employee was terminating cables in a junction box. A loose ground wire came into contact with the bushing, causing a flash that burned the right side of the employee's face and his right hand.
