Final narrative
An employee was setting up a hose to be used for dust control. They were standing approximately 15 feet from the inside of the perimeter fence and were approximately 30 feet outside of the demolition area when they were struck by debris (wood, drywall, and insulation) and sustained a fractured neck vertebra that required surgery.

An employee was driving a side-by-side utility vehicle and making a right turn when the vehicle flipped on its side and fell on top of the employee. The employee's hand was caught between the driver's side window pillar and the ground and his leg was caught under the UTV. He sustained crushing injuries to his upper extremities and lower leg, four bones were fractured from the knuckles to the wrist, his elbow sustained severe lacerations, and his ankle was bruised.
On September 5, 2025, an employee was installing gang plates on a structure when the side walls fell and hit her head. She then fell onto her back and the side wall pressed her to the ground, resulting in hospitalization due to an ilium fracture and a transverse process fracture on the right side.
