An employee was unclogging a starch line using various tools and fell through the roof next to where the rail cars are staged. The employee fell approximately 25 feet to the concrete ground and sustained fractures to the heel and ankle area.

Two employees were about to use clamp trucks to move damaged rolls of paper. One employee got off his truck and walked toward the second truck. A roll of paper became unstable, fell and crushed the employee's left leg.
