On May 28, 2024, an employee was spotting for another employee on a scissor lift when he felt pain in his left eye. The employee sustained a severe laceration to his left cornea requiring surgery and hospitalization.
An employee was spotting for a forklift as it moved an 800-pound section of duct. The load became unstable, fell 6 inches to the ground, and tipped to one side, pinning the employee beneath it.
