An employee was using a texture gun to spray ceiling texture when the spray nozzle became clogged. As the employee was attempting to unclog the spray nozzle, it injected ceiling texture into the employee's left ring and middle fingers, requiring surgery and hospitalization.
A security officer was following a suspected shoplifter who got into their SUV. The employee jumped onto the side footrail of the SUV when the suspect began to drive away.
