A security officer was speaking with a donor at the plasma center when another donor struck him over the head with an umbrella multiple times. The employee sustained neck fractures and lacerations to the back of his head and his left eye.
An employee noticed a colored gas coming out of a storage shed. The employee ran to that area and cleared customers out of the area. The employee sustained irritation to their eyes and difficulty breathing. They were later hospitalized for chlorine gas exposure/poisoning.
