An employee was working in the cart yard and carrying a stack of cart lids past a row of carts. A stack of 13 carts tipped over and fell onto the employee knocking the employee to the ground. The employee sustained a broken right tibia.

An employee was crouched down in the cooler and was restocking a shelf when a stack of water next to him began to crumple. Approximately 4-5 cases of water fell onto his left side, striking his left foot and knee, as well as the left side of his back.
