On June 18, 2024, an employee was adjusting the "teeth" of the treater on a blown film line when they were electrically shocked by the treater resulting in third-degree burns on their thumb, index and middle fingers of their right hand. The employee was hospitalized.

On June 3, 2025, at approximately 8:30 AM, an employee was clearing a machine when their hand was pulled into a gear at the bag sealer. The employee sustained a partial amputation to their left little finger.
An employee was working to start an aerator machine on the front lawn of the customer's property. They pulled the starter cord of the machine and sustained an electrical shock to their right arm/hand.
An employee was adjusting the height of an ultraviolet (UV) lamp. She was electrocuted by the UV machine. She sustained burns on her left hand and an entry wound on the right forearm. The employee was hospitalized.
An employee was using straps to secure a load inside a transport trailer. The employee was standing on a stack of finished goods that was three pallets high. Each pallet was 16 inches high. He was walking from the stack of three pallets onto a stack of two pallets when he lost his balance and fell onto another stack of finished goods (that was two pallets high) and then landed on the floor of the trailer. The employee was hospitalized with fractured ribs.
