An employee was out in the sun helping to install a storm chamber system by digging and positioning the parts of the system. The employee became unresponsive and was hospitalized due to heat exhaustion.
An employee was prepping a concrete pipe to be installed in a storm drain. The employee was cutting pipe when the cut-off saw kicked back and lacerated their left armpit.
