An employee was retrieving a stuck cup from a feeder machine. The machine's cup cylinder arm returned to its "down" position, catching and breaking the employee's right forearm.
Employee was operating a wrap machine that wraps noodles in the production line. Employee was running the film through and re-threading the film through the machine. Employee had machine on manual cycle ( 1 bag every 5 seconds). His hand came in contact with the end sealer ripping his fingernail off.
