At 11:15 a.m. on July 11, 2024, an employee was walking from a service desk to a register when one of her shoes came off. She fell, and the right side of her hip struck the ground. She suffered a hip fracture and was hospitalized.

An employee was walking across a sales floor. The employee and a customer collided at a corner; the employee fell and broke their right kneecap on the floor. The employee was hospitalized, requiring surgery.
