Final narrative
On July 11, 2024, an employee was reconnecting two pipes when one of them rolled off the support that was holding it up. It struck the employee's A-frame ladder and they fell 7.5 feet from the ladder to the floor below. The employee suffered a contusion and lacerations and was hospitalized.
