An employee was using an automated floor scraper for demolition when the hydraulic platform fell on his left foot. The employee was hospitalized with a fractured foot.
On August 27, 2018, an employee was working in a dumpster when he attempted to run out of the dumpster and rolled his foot on debris, twisting and fracturing his right ankle.
An employee was walking past a crossover conveyor when a ramp came down and hit them in the back. The employee sustained a broken back vertebra, as well as a concussion, and was hospitalized.
