On August 26, 2024, an employee was using a table-mounted circular saw to cut long rods of window trim. The employee's right hand got caught underneath the saw resulting in amputation of the middle finger to the first knuckle and the index fingertip.

An employee was operating a metal roller machine to roll a small piece of metal. The employee's right index finger became caught between the metal and the machine, and the fingertip was amputated.
