An employee was on catwalk and caulking a bucket elevator where it meets the roof of the building. The employee had caulked one side and was repositioning himself to caulk the other side when he slipped and fell 25 feet to the ground. The employee sustained fractures to their left wrist and pelvis.

An employee was operating a battery-powered broom to clean demolition debris off the top of the outermost bridge girder. The girder was approximately 11 feet above the demolition scaffold below.
