On September 7, 2025, at approximately 12:32 PM, an employee was working to open a stuck trailer door using a pry bar. The pry bar came loose and struck the employee on the right side of his jaw resulting in a fracture. The employee was hospitalized.
An employee was walking with a rack toward the meat section of a walk-in refrigerator when he tripped over the rack's wheel and fell to the ground. The employee sustained a fractured left hip.
