An employee was holding a demolition saw when they sustained a laceration to the back of their left knee.
At 9:58 a.m. on May 12, 2025, an employee was cleaning and preparing to caulk concrete joints when a site vehicle, moving forward from park, struck them and dragged them about 20 feet. The employee suffered fractures to their arm, leg, and a rib and was hospitalized.
After cutting a slab of beef short ribs, an employee turned to grab the pieces he had cut and his right hand contacted the saw blade. The employee sustained an amputation to his right index finger.
