Employees were loading a switchgear cabinet into an elevated room with a telehandler when the cabinet started wobbling/swaying. The cabinet fell from the forks of the telehandler and struck an employee that was spotting for the telehandler, resulting in three fractured ribs, a fractured pelvis, and compressed vertebrae.
