Final narrative
An employee, who was operating a forklift, was entering a parked trailer when the trailer pulled away from the dock. The forklift began to roll off the back of the trailer, and the employee jumped off the forklift and landed on the dock. The forklift then fell and landed on the dock, pinning the employee's right leg, resulting in an ankle injury.
An employee was riding on the side of an all-terrain forklift when they fell into the space between the gas tank and the right rear tire. The employee was run over by the the right rear tire, resulting in fractures to their neck, pelvis, and right leg.
