The injured employee was part of a three-person crew that was dispatched to a commercial building to install weatherproofing material on the roof. The crew had just arrived, and the employee climbed a ladder to the roof of the building. While positioning equipment (pulling up a hose), the employee fell 27 feet to the ground. The employee sustained a fractured wrist and jaw.
