On October 24, 2024, an employee was hooking a claw to an excavator bucket via a chain on the end of an excavator. Their left middle finger was caught between the chain and the bucket as the excavator arm was lifted, resulting in a fingertip amputation.

An employee was operating a metal roller machine to roll a small piece of metal. The employee's right index finger became caught between the metal and the machine, and the fingertip was amputated.
