An employee was exiting the cab of a yard truck. They stepped on the catwalk to release the air lines but then missed the first step from the catwalk to the catwalk extension and fell approximately 41 inches to the ground. The employee sustained a fractured right tibia and fibula.

On February 15, 2025, at approximately 12:18 AM, an employee was driving a forklift when the forklift struck a concrete bollard next to the firewall. The employee's left foot was caught between the forklift and the concrete bollard. The employee was hospitalized with skin injuries and fractures to their left foot/ankle.
