On November 12, 2024, at approximately 10:45 a.m., an employee was inspecting rice cakes for quality before entering the oven when their left index finger was caught in the conveyor. The employee sustained a left index finger nailbed laceration and two distal fractures that required amputation.

An employee was operating a metal roller machine to roll a small piece of metal. The employee's right index finger became caught between the metal and the machine, and the fingertip was amputated.
