An employee was standing at another table with his back turned bagging some batteries. A bale of paper that was stacked four-bales high fell and pinned the employee against the table. The employee was hospitalized for fractures to a rib and chest bone.

On May 6, 2024, at 11:00 AM, an employee was cleaning off a conveyor belt when their right hand contacted a piece of glass. Their hand was lacerated and began swelling, resulting in hospitalization.
An employee was walking past a crossover conveyor when a ramp came down and hit them in the back. The employee sustained a broken back vertebra, as well as a concussion, and was hospitalized.
An employee was unloading frameless mirrors from a trailer. When unstrapped, the mirrors fell over onto the employee, who suffered a skull fracture, a brain bleed and blood clot, a broken left ankle, and lacerations.
