An employee was clearing yarn that had wrapped around a gear-driven conveyor belt when his left arm got pulled between the belt and a roller. The employee sustained a fractured arm, as well as lacerations and abrasions.
An employee was cleaning out a dust collection system. The employee's flashlight fell into a chute leading to an auger system; as the employee was retrieving it, the rotating auger amputated his lower right arm.
