An employee was removing an access panel to a machine when their left index finger was caught between the panel and the machine surface flange. The employee sustained a fingertip amputation.

An employee was installing a fuel system support trolley and had put up the rolling block of the beam trolley support system. The trolley moved and rolled off the beam, falling 10 feet onto the employee's left little finger. The employee sustained a partial amputation to the finger.
