On December 13, 2024, an employee was grooving a steel pipe using an anvil groover machine when his right hand became caught underneath the machine, resulting in amputation of the right ring fingertip and a severe injury to the middle finger.

An employee was operating a metal roller machine to roll a small piece of metal. The employee's right index finger became caught between the metal and the machine, and the fingertip was amputated.
