On December 22, 2024, two temporary employees were working from a combination steel scaffolding with wood planks when the scaffold collapsed. The employees fell 14-15 feet to the lower level. One employee was treated at the hospital for back pain and released. The other employee was hospitalized with six stitches over his right eye, multiple contusions, and liver lacerations.
