Final narrative
On January 8, 2025, an employee was positioning a piece of tube steel as it was being installed. As he was removing one of his gloves, it became caught on the sharp edges of the steel. His right hand was trapped and crushed. His little finger was broken, and the ring and middle fingers were medically amputated.
