On January 27, 2025, an employee was positioning lighting on a stage when he stepped backward and fell off the stage. The employee landed on the floor approximately two feet below and impacted his keys. He was hospitalized with a broken left femur.

On March 11, 2025, an employee was coaching soccer players when a ball was passed to him. He stepped on it and it went out from under him, causing him to fall backward and his head to strike the gymnasium floor. He suffered a concussion and a hairline skull fracture and was hospitalized.
Two employees were working on an articulating boom truck to inspect the roof of a food center warehouse. The basket came in close proximity to high-voltage powerlines, which caused an arc that electrocuted the employees. One employee suffered minor electrical burns.
