An employee had finished installing cornice to a new home from a pumpjack scaffold and was moving the pumpjack to another side of the house to continue working. The employee was preparing to detach a pumpjack brace when they climbed up the inside the framing of the home. The employee lost their footing and fell through a window that did not have safety rails. The employee sustained broken five ribs.
