On February 13, 2025, an employee was standing on a shaker table to observe product in the spiral freezer. They lost balance and tried to catch themselves by reaching out with their right hand, contacting a rotating belt that amputated their right index fingertip.

On August 5, 2025, at 12:50 AM, an employee was cleaning the batter mixing and tempura machine after seeing clumps in the outfeed. Their right ring fingertip was caught between the flight of the belt and the top edge of the slide of the machine resulting in amputation.
