An employee was standing in the doorway of a guestroom they were cleaning. Their left hand was on the door frame while they used their right hand to reach for a cleaning bottle. The employee's left little finger was caught between the door and the door frame and they suffered a soft tissue avulsion of the finger requiring surgery.

An employee was opening a cabinet to retrieve work items when a lamp that was on top of the cabinet fell and struck the employee's head. The employee sustained a bump on the head and lost consciousness. The employee was hospitalized for a head injury.

The link slid into a seated position and the employee's right middle finger was caught between the top surface of the barge and the top flange of the dogbone link. The finger was partially amputated at the midsection of the distal phalanx.
