On April 17, 2025, at 8:10 p.m., an employee was working as an attendant at the gas station when he tripped over a speed bump and fell to the ground, landing on his right side. The employee was hospitalized with a right hip fracture that required surgery.

An employee was gathering shopping carts in front of the building when a truck drove by and the truck's trailer ran over her left foot. The employee was hospitalized with fractures to a metatarsal and a toe.
On October 3, 2024, at approximately 12:30 AM, a tire installer was replacing automotive tires on a passenger vehicle using a rim clamp tire changer when his left index fingertip was caught between the tire/rim and the clamp, resulting in a fingertip amputation.
An employee was inspecting a meat grinder. The grinder activated while his left hand was still inside it, resulting in an amputation to his left index finger at the second knuckle.
