On April 18, 2025, at 9:15 a.m., an employee was on a roof getting ready to stock materials. He lifted a plywood cover laying over a roof opening and he fell approximately 15 feet through the opening, landing on a scissor lift below. The employee suffered fractures to his ribs and pelvis.

While rotating the cable drum, the employee reached for the new cable that was to be installed. The employee was pinned between the drive shaft and two pieces of angle steel, resulting in a fracture to their left hip.
