While walking back to the jobsite area, the employee was walking over a sandy area and tripped, putting their right hand out to catch themself. Their right little finger was dislocated. The employee was hospitalized and required surgery.

On January 23, 2025, an employee was clearing a jammed piece of metal from a rubber roller of a coil line machine when the roller caught part of his sleeve and pulled his arm into the machine. The employee sustained fractures and lacerations to the arm. The machine was energized at the time.

An employee was hammering in a bar joist while standing on a 10-foot ladder. The hammer slipped out of their hand, causing them to fall off the ladder. While the employee was falling, they grabbed onto metal straps at the top of the ladder. The straps cut their hand, resulting in a laceration to the middle and ring fingers.
