On May 6, 2025, at approximately 10:30 AM, an employee was operating a brake press when his right index finger was caught between the part he was working on and the brake bend bar. The employee sustained an amputation of the nail of the finger and tissue from the distal joint to the fingertip. The employee was hospitalized and required surgery.
