An employee was using an all-terrain vehicle (ATV) to travel between the top and bottom of a mountain. On a trip downhill, the ATV struck a water bar and flipped over, causing the employee to fall to the ground. The employee suffered seven broken ribs and a broken left clavicle and was hospitalized.
