On June 26, 2025, an employee was walking to clean product from the floor when she slipped on a cardboard display that a customer had knocked onto the floor. The employee was hospitalized with a fractured right ankle and required surgery.
An employee was changing out the oil in fryer baskets when he slipped on hot oil and fell, resulting in second-degree burns to his right arm from his shoulder down to his palm.
