An employee was straightening the frame of the hydraulic press. The metal base that was laying on top of the frame fell onto his hand causing a laceration to his left ring finger that required surgery.

A package became caught in a conveyor, creating a jam. While trying to clear the jam, an employee was caught by a conveyor roller and pulled into the conveyor belt. The employee suffered friction burns to the hand and forearm, as well as a laceration to the forearm.

An employee's finger was caught in a closing door resulting in an amputation to the fingertip.

His right fifth finger was pinched between the roll cage and the rafter of the pavilion. The employee sustained a partial degloving injury with partial traumatic amputation.

The forklift drove into a rack in a warehouse, and the employee's right hand was caught between the rack and an upright supporting the forklift's overhead guard. The employee suffered a fracture and laceration to the hand, just below the little finger.
