Final narrative
An employee was attempting to straighten a wooden pallet with a bar. The pallet was positioned on top of a frame conveyor system 1 foot off of the ground. While maneuvering the bar, the employee lost balance and fell backward onto the concrete floor, extending their right hand to catch themselves as they fell. The employee suffered two fractured bones in their wrist and one fractured bone in their right hand.

On September 12, 2024, an employee was clearing cabbage leaves from a conveyor when she sustained a partial amputation of the soft tissue on her left index fingertip. The conveyor was running at the time.
An employee was moving a 3-ton condensing unit, strapped down on a dolly, out of a garage. The strap broke, causing the employee to fall backward onto the brick pavered driveway. The employee suffered injury to a spinal ligament in the neck.
