Final narrative
Employees were drilling a hole through a brick-and-mortar fa ade so that conduit could be run into the building. A hammer drill began to wobble as it was used to bore the hole. An employee went to steady the drill and the drill bit caught and twisted their glove, causing an amputation to their right middle finger.
