An employee was operating a forklift on the airport ramp environment to help offload cargo pallets from a tractor trailer. He was manually locking the cargo dolly (a specialized piece of ground support equipment used to transfer pallets) to prevent the load device from shifting or falling off the dolly during transportation. The employee stepped between the K-loader and the dolly to put up a lock when they became pinned between the loader and the dolly, resulting in inflammation to their left leg. The employee was hospitalized.

An employee had been trimming trees. They were found unresponsive in the cabin of the trimmer. The employee suffered a concussion and was hospitalized.

The injured employee was standing on a form/bed where concrete is poured and was removing concrete from the form(s). An employee was preparing meals in a kitchen when an object struck their head, resulting in a laceration to the head and a swollen right eye. The employee was hospitalized and required surgery for a brain injury.

An employee exited his work truck when it began rolling and he went to stop it. The employee was hospitalized with injuries to his hamstrings.

An employee was descending from a railcar to a platform when he lost his footing and landed on the pavement below. The employee was hospitalized with a fractured right foot and required surgery.

An employee climbed up on the tread of a crane to turn the batteries back on and was turning to step away when the battery lid opened back up. The battery lid caught his boot, causing him to lose his balance and fall to the tread. He then fell to the ground 36 inches below. The employee sustained a fractured femur head.

The injured employee was helping a co-worker pull wire through a conduit. The wire broke and the employee fell back and struck his right side against a tensioning coupler that was on the wall. The employee was hospitalized with two fractured ribs.

An employee was covering railroad crossties with dirt using a shovel near backhoe equipment. The backhoe hit a hard spot causing the stabilizer to shift approximately one foot, pinning the employee's foot against the rail. Their right ankle was broken.

An employee was readjusting a safety hook to remove hardware from gang forms when his feet slipped. He fell to the ground, resulting in a broken left arm and wrist.
