A skid loader backed over an employee's leg, breaking it.

At 4:00 p.m. on June 13, 2025, a concrete truck was parked behind a concrete pump, discharging its material; meanwhile, a Brundage-Bone Concrete Pumping employee was standing near the rear of the pump, checking the machine and the material to be placed. The truck's transmission engaged, and it reversed and pinned the employee against the pump. The employee suffered broken ribs, a severe laceration to the right hip and leg, muscle damage, and lacerations to the face and head. He was hospitalized, requiring surgery for the hip laceration.

An employee was raking and shoveling dirt next to a motor grader when it reversed and the wheel turned, causing the tire to strike the employee. The employee was knocked down and the grader ran over his leg and foot, fracturing them.

An employee was struck by a skid steer that was backing up, knocking them over. The track of the skid steer went over his lower half, resulting in a fractured pelvis.

An employee was working as a spotter for a tree truck that was being parked near a tree. The employee was behind the truck when he was pinned between the truck and the tree. The employee sustained a lacerated liver.

An employee was cutting cabinet trim using a table saw when four fingers on his left hand were severed, resulting in hospitalization and amputation.

The injured employee was standing behind a table. She jumped out to scare another employee, but tripped and fell on the tile floor, injuring her right ankle/foot. She was hospitalized with a dislocated ankle that required surgery.

An employee was installing insulation in a wall when she tripped on a hole (12" deep) and fell, hitting her head on the concrete floor. The employee sustained fractures to her leg and wrist, and lacerations to her head. The employee was hospitalized.

An employee was loading a 4-inch wooden door into a pickup truck when he felt a pop in his right side behind his shoulder blade. He was hospitalized later that day and underwent surgery, having suffered a collapsed right lung.

An employee was operating a power drill when it slipped. The drill bit punctured the employee's hand and they were hospitalized.

An employee was cleaning leaves with a backpack blower when he fell from a ladder, resulting in injuries to his head, neck, and back.

An employee was operating a battery-powered broom to clean demolition debris off the top of the outermost bridge girder. The girder was approximately 11 feet above the demolition scaffold below. The employee fell approximately 8 feet to wind bracing below. The employee was hospitalized with a pelvis/tailbone fracture. Fall protection was in place at the time.

An employee slipped while descending in a stairwell, fell, and suffered multiple contusions/bruises to the head, neck, shoulders, knees, and back. She was hospitalized.

An employee's right middle finger was caught in a nip point. The employee suffered an amputation to the middle finger at the first knuckle.

An employee was directing trucks as they entered and left a highway work zone. A vehicle struck them, resulting in multiple fractures and other injuries. The employee was hospitalized.
