An employee had just entered a grain bin to clean residual wheat. The employee's left foot became entangled in a screw auger, which crushed the foot and toes. Four of the employee's toes were amputated.
An employee was stepping from a railcar to a work platform and missed the step. They fell approximately 14 feet from the railcar to the ground and sustained a broken wrist and fractured pelvis and were hospitalized.
