An electrician was stepping out of a bucket for overhead line work so he could affix a cover on the bucket because it was raining. While exiting the lowered bucket, he caught his foot and fell out of the bucket onto the truck bed, then fell off the truck bed. The fall was less than 4 feet. The employee was hospitalized with fractures to his clavicle, wrist, and rib.
