What happened

EE stated there was a hot pressure washer that was just used laying on the ground steaming so EE instructed another worker to turn it on and run cold water through it to cool it down. When the other employee turned it on he did not have a good grip and the pressure caused it to swing around and strike the injured EE in the face.
