EE stated that as he was hauling [REDACTED] tanks he climbed into the vehicle one leg in the vehicle to shift and one leg on the ground outside the truck still and put the vehicle into gear to move the truck ahead a little. As he was doing so he slipped on the muddy field and fell on the ground and ran over his left leg below the knee by the truck. [REDACTED] finished the day but reported [REDACTED] that he was going to be seen at the SEMC.
