Before the incident

While preparing to fix a tape machine with EE and EE. [REDACTED] was less than 5ft in distance when he started cleaning some tape machine parts with brake cleaner forgetting I was present as I am allergic to O reilly [REDACTED] Cleaner. When I heard a spray I looked over and noticed it was brake cleaner and quickly removed myself from the situation. [REDACTED] I felt myself becoming short of breath experiencing some chest pain. I then went to my car took some Benadryl and my inhaler to see if it would help. [REDACTED] i started weezing. [REDACTED] checked up on me and took me into the loan peak hospital for a steroid.
