Before the incident

The employee was moving blackboards from the crimper line to the front rack via the roller system with her partner One of the cross section lifts was not operating correctly and another employee was in the normal path of travel working on it To continue the employee was attempting to move to the other side of the blackboard stack using the frame of the roller system as a stable step The employees foot partially landed on the last roller causing a fall The employee extended the right hand to brace from the fall and the right pinky finger was caught on a roller and bent backwards The employee also reported hitting the right ear and landing on both knees
